The Department of the Minister of Agriculture arranged a staff conference titled "Evaluation of the EU Presidency" which Ernest helped facilitate. The day was intended to gather experiences of the presidency and identify new forms of collaboration in the department. At the same time, it was intended to be a fun day to connect with colleagues across the organization. 

The day was a huge succes and the collaboration with Ernest contributed substantially to this. From the outset of the project he was completely receptive to our needs and instantly understood the culture in our organization. His preparations were thorough and the execution of the day was precisely and completely in accordance with the goals we had set.
