Participation This is an introductory course and no previous experience with Inquiry is required to join. It is a hands-on course however, which means that although we cover theoretical aspects, the purpose of the course is for you to become confident with The Work of Byron Katie through practice. As such, your direct participation and personal involvement is required. Technical Requirements We meet in Zoom, which is a video conference system akin to Skype.
