Thank you so much for the course. It has been thoroughly amazing to work with myself this way. It has taken a few days to get all of my thoughts put together but I think I am just about ready to share the end of the process with my family at home now :o)

To me, there is no doubt that the best gift I have ever given myself was to sign up for this course. Through practical exercises, theoretical tools and supported by a deeply engaged coach, I have found my way back to a ME where I am honest and faithful to myself. Both at work and at home as a mother, girlfriend, daughter, sister and friend, I have become much better at experiencing how I really feel in different situations and to follow my inner truth. This means that I no longer involve myself halfheartedly but prioritize the things I want to do and have my heart in 100%.
