​There were approximately 45 employees from the Discovery Unit at Lundbeck who attended the course "The Joy of Change". New staff had just joined, which meant that new networks needed to be formed within the group. For this purpose, the course was especially suitable. 

Unlike many other courses of this kind, we actually brought something home with us. Many of the thoughts Ernest introduced are extremely useful in our daily life because they are neither too highfalutin nor too banal.

Furthermore, the teams bonded very much during the exercises, which caused many great laughs and gave our brains plenty to work with.
