Through practical exercises, demonstrations, feedback, a dialogue-based training format and in-depth partner sessions, you will acquire experience and tools to deepen your practice with The Work. You will be assigned to one of two tracks through the course to ensure that you will be in a smaller group and that you will be working with peers who are at your exact level of experience, ensuring that you will gain the most from both the class sessions and the homework. Previous Experience The 'Going Deeper' Online Course is directed at participants who already have experience with the basics of The Work. You know and understand the process of the four questions and you know how to work with the turnarounds, but maybe you experience difficulties finding your way into some of the questions, get stuck or have a sense that there muse be more skillful ways to approach the beliefs you're working. Whatever the cause - if you long to go deeper in your work, then this course is for you. It is a hands-on course, which means that although we cover theoretical aspects, the purpose of the course is for you to become confident with The Work of Byron Katie through practice. As such, your direct participation and personal involvement is required. Technical Requirements We meet in Zoom, which is a video conference system akin to Skype.
