2: ​'This title is not available in your country/ region' - sometimes in combination with 'We're sorry, we could not complete your purchase.'
​(Note: these images are from PC but the challenge is similar on all devices - and I am apparently a US customer).

​If you get this error from Amazon, it's because your Kindle account is connected to another Amazon website (which Amazon does not make very clear). 

All you have to do is login to the site where you are allowed to buy Kindle eBooks. Usually either the Amazon website for your country or, if there is no website for your country, either .com or .co.uk.
