​Ernest's courses were completely different from other courses I have attended. He taught us how to become better at resting in ourselves, his points were strong and simple and the material was a perfect fit for our busy everyday life and its focus on getting results. You cannot help but use the specific tools you are offered at the courses, and many of the fundamental insights you find can be used in other contexts as well.
