Leadership Development using The Work of Byron Katie

Over a period of three years I did a series of Leadership Development Programs using The Work at Rigshospitalet, the largest hospital in Denmark. Below you can find two articles about the process and a video of a presentation from the ITW World Convention where I explain the background for the project and share some of the solutions I found to the challenges I met along the way.
