Leadership Development using The Work of Byron Katie

I have been doing a large Leadership Development Program using The Work at Rigshospitalet, the largest hospital in Denmark. Below you can find two articles about the process and a video of a presentation I did at the ITW World Convention explaining the background for the project and sharing some of the solutions I found to the challenges I met along the way.

1. Article: The Work - A Simple Tool With An Enormous Effect

Co-written with Morten W. Andersen, Head of the Department for Leadership Development at Rigshospitalet, this article describes part of the background, implementation and effect of using The Work for the Ledership Training Courses.

Based on interviews with participants, this article focus on the effects and benefits the participants experienced from participating in the Leadership Development Courses on The Work.
