​This was a journey back to myself. Not that I was lost, but this course helped me profoundly, to focus on what I am feeling and thinking. I often forget that in my everyday life, both in my work as a manager, as a man, as a father, friend or any of the roles I play in the many contexts of life.

The course gave me greater insight into who I am and, most importantly, how I continue to be someone I like. Someone who feels good about himself.
