I hold a Master of Arts degree in Dramaturgy and Multimedia. In addition to running The Art of Being Human, I have worked as an Adjunct Professor of Innovation at the University of Aalborg and as a lecturer in communication at the University of Aarhus. I have also worked as a consultant at an international IT consultancy, where I was responsible for the creative processes in the Danish part of the organization.
I am an INLPTA certified Master Coach and a certified facilitator for The Work of Byron Katie. Since 1992 I have collaborated closely with the international theatrical phenomenon Café Kølbert as an improv actor, later becoming CEO of the international branch of the company. From 1993–98 I headed a non-profit training center in Aarhus that focused on therapy and personal development. In 2001 I founded The Art of Being Human and in 2004 my first book was published, the bestseller Being Present. In 2008 this book was followed by YES! and in 2018 by my the Amazon bestseller How to End the Stories that Screw Up Your Life. |
