Homework: Expect an additional two hours of partner homework each week. Who Should Attend? The 'Going Deeper' Online Course is directed at participants who already have experience with the basics of The Work. You know and understand the process of the four questions and you know how to work with the turnarounds, but maybe you experience difficulties finding your way into some of the questions, get stuck or have a sense that there must be more skillful ways to approach the beliefs you're working. Whatever the cause - if you long to go deeper in your work, then this course is for you. It is a hands-on course, which means that although we cover theoretical aspects, the purpose of the course is for you to become confident with The Work of Byron Katie through practice. As such, your direct participation and personal involvement is required. Technical Requirements We meet in the video conference system Zoom.

It seems to me that what you share is informed by your thorough understanding of all possible roadblocks for which you then gently offer ways to deal with. To me, this is significantly more useful and insightful than any descriptions of "waking up to reality". My understanding of The Work deepened substantially through this course and I think that the approach you offer in your teaching has been desperately missing from the discourse around these topics. At least for me, this course was a huge part that had been missing from my internal puzzle.
